Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return conditions
→ The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed
→ Tags must still be attached
→ The item must be returned in its original packaging
Sale, personalized, or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect.
How to make a return?
- Contact us via our Contact Us page or by DM on Instagram @street_avenue__ specifying your order number and reason for return
- We will send you instructions and the return address
- Ship the item within 48 hours of confirmation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective item.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the item, using the same payment method used for the original order.
